The 2025 Agent Ong Open - The Trilogy lived up to its name with a packed house, electric atmosphere, and some of the most competitive bowling action the Southwest has seen this year. Hosted at Bowler Kyrene in Chandler, AZ, this is the third edition of the tournament, cementing its reputation as one of bowling's most exciting annual events.

This year's event featured a $10,000 Guaranteed 1st-Place Prize, multiple high-dollar sweepers, and the famous RvRv Progressive Pot. Numerous PBA star power bowlers showed up and participated in the tournament. Kyle Troup joined the action for his first appearance, alongside other well-known names like Tim Mack, Mike Miller, and Chris Schlemer.

Fans attending the Open were treated to high-stakes qualifying rounds, exciting match play, and a special action match between Kyle Troup and Matt Jones for $2,500. The two squared off in a best 3 out of 5 showdown games in a winner-takes-all. The competitive tension and mutual respect between the pros brought a rare, memorable energy to the venue. Nonetheless, by Sunday, the cut line sat at -54, with 54 bowlers advancing into match play. The cut line of -54 is a testament to how tough the conditions were and how deep the field stacked up this year.

What sets the Agent Ong Open apart from other tournaments is its spirit. The event continues to grow thanks to the dedication of volunteers, the support of sponsors, and the leadership of its founders.  Every fall, it transforms Bowlero Kyrene into a stage for champions and a gathering for friends - where every bowler, from first-time entrants to seasoned PBA pros, can find a lane to shine. As one competitor put it: "I wish there were a million tournament directors like Carl. The marketing, the energy, and the atmosphere - it all show with the turnout this weekend."

With record participation, media coverage, and buzz surrounding this year's event, the Agent Ong Open continues to be a must-bowl tournament on the national calendar.
