Plank Oakland
Plank is a large waterfront entertainment venue at 98 Broadway in Jack London Square, Oakland. It combines a restaurant and bar with bowling, bocce, an arcade, billiards, ping-pong, cornhole, live sports viewing, and a spacious outdoor beer garden overlooking the estuary. 

The venue has 18 standard bowling lanes plus six private boutique lanes in its Boardroom. The main lanes include HDTVs and large projection screens, while the Boardroom adds a private entrance, two pool tables, a full bar, numerous TVs, lounge seating, and a rooftop garden/patio with Bay views. 

Plank also has an arcade with video, virtual, and ticket-redemption games, outdoor bocce courts, a 15,000-square-foot beer garden, and a food-and-drink program that works well for a casual day out or an evening group gathering. It is particularly suited to larger groups because one bowling lane accommodates up to six people. 

Bowling is generally $7.25 per game per person Sunday–Thursday all day and Friday until 4 p.m.; peak pricing is $75 per lane per hour for up to six guests on Friday evening and all day Saturday. Shoe rental is $5.75 per pair. Happy-hour bowling is $5 per game Monday–Friday from 4–7 p.m., all evening Thursday, and late Friday–Saturday; availability and exclusions apply. Plank does not accept standard bowling-lane or bocce-court reservations, so arrive early for popular times. 

Plank hosts birthdays, corporate outings, team events, celebrations, and private parties.
